KC Teo is an ESG strategic advisor and sustainability reporting specialist who empowers Boards, CFOs, finance teams, ESG disclosure preparers, ERM practitioners, internal auditors, and internal control professionals to navigate today’s evolving sustainability requirements. With extensive experience spanning corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, and management systems auditing, he supports organizations in developing credible, investor-grade, and assurance-ready disclosures aligned with strict regulatory expectations.
KC brings unique, hands-on experience as a former PLC governance and systems leader, a key member of Bursa Malaysia Main Market RTO and HKEX IPO due diligence teams, and a registered Lead Associate Auditor with SIRIM QAS International. Leveraging this specialized background, he provides critical Pre-IPO Advisory, guiding growth companies in structuring their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and authoring the pivotal Sustainability Section of the IPO Prospectus to ensure full compliance and maximize investor appeal prior to listing. Through VeriSustain MyESG, KC partners with organizations to transform sustainability compliance into strategic business value, enhancing corporate transparency, stakeholder confidence, and long-term resilience.
Andrea Tham - Partner | Sustainability & Climate Solutions Lead
Andrea Tham is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). With a strong foundation in accounting, corporate governance, and ESG, Andrea is a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). She is also a Certified ESG Professional (Veritas University College and UNGCMYB Academy), GHG verifier and a Certified ESG Auditor (Kiwa International Certifications, Malaysia). Andrea is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and has completed advanced training in sustainability, including the EIA to ESG Mastery Programme and ESG Workshop: Driving Sustainability in the Real Estate Industry.
Darren Kong – Partner | Risk, Governance & Sustainability Performance Lead
Darren Kong is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of ACCA (UK), and a member of both MIA and CPA Australia. He brings over two decades of senior executive and board-level experience across industries including automotive, manufacturing, property, and technology. As a board and committee member in a public listed company, he has played an instrumental role in shaping corporate strategy, operations, risk management, and governance. Darren further strengthens the team’s ESG advisory capabilities as a Certified Capital Market Professional in Sustainable and Responsible Investment, combining strategic leadership with sustainability-driven expertise. Notably, Darren has been conferred as Sustainability Assurance Practitioner that align with AA1000AS.
Xinni Teo - Executive | Sustainability Operations & Project Delivery
Xinni is supporting the firm’s sustainability advisory, ESG reporting, project coordination and operational delivery. She plays an integral role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently through structured planning, stakeholder coordination, documentation management and quality assurance. Transitioning from a healthcare background, Xinni brings a strong foundation in compliance, risk management and quality systems developed through her experience in a JCI-accredited healthcare environment. Her experience in clinical operations, SOP implementation, audit preparation and multidisciplinary coordination enables her to support sustainability projects with a disciplined, process-driven approach. Xinni has completed professional training in ESG Reporting, IMS, HIRARC and GHG Assurance Verification, strengthening her understanding of sustainability reporting, management systems and assurance-readiness principles.
Krystine Lee - Associate, Food Safety and Sustainability Specialist
Krystine Lee is a dedicated Management Consultant and Trainer with expertise in management systems, food safety, and ESG. She integrates sustainability principles into management practices and ensures compliance with ISO standards, BRC, HACCP, GMP, and Halal Certification. Krystine holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Technology and Bioprocessing and certifications in Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Food Safety Management Systems. She is also an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, empowering organizations to adopt ESG practices that minimize environmental impact and enhance social responsibility.
