KC Teo brings extensive expertise in ESG advisory, audit, and assurance, specializing in sustainability reporting aligned with global standards and investor expectations. He holds the Certified Capital Market Professional – Sustainable & Responsible Investment (CCMP‑SRI) credential from the Securities Commission Malaysia, bridging sustainable finance with ESG integration. His leadership spans frameworks including Bursa Malaysia, NSRF, IFRS S1–S2, GRI, SASB, UNSDGs, SEDG, Scope 3, EPD, ISSA5000, SIRIM55, and IWA48. In 2025, he was named National Sustainability Expert by IQM. A registered Lead Associate Auditor with SIRIM QAS International, KC is also certified as an Environmental Systems Auditor (IEMA, UK) and Quality & OHS Lead Auditor (IRCA, UK). KC ensures structured, transparent, and business‑aligned ESG solutions that deliver compliance, credibility, and competitive advantage.
Andrea Tham - Partner, Sustainability & Internal Controls Lead
Andrea Tham is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). With a strong foundation in accounting, corporate governance, and ESG, Andrea is a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). She is also a Certified ESG Professional (Veritas University College and UNGCMYB Academy), GHG verifier and a Certified ESG Auditor (Kiwa International Certifications, Malaysia). Andrea is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and has completed advanced training in sustainability, including the EIA to ESG Mastery Programme and ESG Workshop: Driving Sustainability in the Real Estate Industry.
Darren Kong – Sustainability & ESG Associate Consultant
Darren Kong is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of ACCA (UK), and a member of both MIA and CPA Australia. He brings over two decades of senior executive and board-level experience across industries including automotive, manufacturing, property, and technology. As a board and committee member in a public listed company, he has played an instrumental role in shaping corporate strategy, operations, risk management, and internal controls. Darren further strengthens the team’s ESG advisory capabilities as a Certified Capital Market Professional in Sustainable and Responsible Investment, combining strategic leadership with sustainability-driven expertise.

SIvan Look is a seasoned ESG/Sustainability Consultant specializing in advancing sustainability practices within Malaysia’s SME sector.
